    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to log in with my new iphone,&amp;nbsp; after logging in,&amp;nbsp; when&amp;nbsp; prompted on the primary account phone - "approve" is selected.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Then when selecting "Trust Device" on the affected phone,&amp;nbsp; the following message comes in in a red banner at the top: "There was a problem trusting this device"&amp;nbsp; - please advise.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
