      <description>&lt;P&gt;Arlo base model &amp;nbsp;number is vmb4000. &amp;nbsp; I removed my base hub from my arlo app. &amp;nbsp;Reset the pin. &amp;nbsp; I unplugged power from base and wall. &amp;nbsp;Plugged cable into base and into WiFi. &amp;nbsp;My phone is connected to the same WiFi. &amp;nbsp;Then added power cable and plugged into outlet. I tried adding base to my arlo app. &amp;nbsp;It says no arlo devices found. &amp;nbsp;What I see is green lights on power, internet, and camera. &amp;nbsp;But sometimes the internet blinks green. &amp;nbsp;I read that the blinking might be talking to internet so I have kept hubs connected to intranet after days &amp;nbsp;go&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;by I try to connect to the app again still doesn’t connect . &amp;nbsp;Sometimes the blinking stops. I have done this so many times.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
