&lt;P&gt;Log in to your Arlo account and navigate to Settings &amp;gt; Subscription. Do you see an active subscription plan there? If so, cancel using the following steps: &lt;A href="https://kb.arlo.com/1215141/How-do-I-change-or-cancel-my-Arlo-subscription-plan" target="_blank"&gt;https://kb.arlo.com/1215141/How-do-I-change-or-cancel-my-Arlo-subscription-plan&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Also be sure you're logging in to the correct account, if you have more than one account, check the others to see if they are subscribed.&lt;/P&gt;
