      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since many days I am not able to login on my iOS App. I am on 16.1 version.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Updated to 16.3 and connected to the entire new network and even on cellular data. Also uninstalled and installed app from App store, still no luck.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you resolved it yet? I have the same issue and I have updated the phone, updated the app, tried on Wi-Fi and on cellular. Nothing seems to help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Solution for not working app “unknown Error”&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go the the website and change the the verification method from phone to email and then log in to app and it will work&lt;/P&gt;</description>
