I got an "End of Life" email from Arlo. I would think they know my model numbers (box, cameras, doorbell), but the guidance they gave me to find my numbers did NOT match my membership website selections. Regardless, I found my base model to be "VMB3010r2", and my camera's are "H7". That does NOT match any of the model numbers listed in Arlo's EOL email. But it's similar. It would be nice to know for sure if my model is near EOL so I can start shopping for a replacement. The models listed as EOL are VMC3030 and VMC4030.

my camera's are "H7".

No, that is not the model. H7 is a hardware revision code (and many camera models share the same H codes). If you are getting free 7-day cloud storage, your cameras are definitely on the EOL list.

If your cameras have 4 CR123 batteries, then you have the VMC3030. Otherwise, you likely have either the Pro (VMC4030) or Pro 2 (VMC4030P). All three are on the EOL list.

You can confirm the model by opening up the housing and removing the battery(s). There will be a label inside.
