    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to set up my Arlo Essential Video Doorbell Wire-free and my Arlo Essential XL Wire-free Spotlight Security Camera.&amp;nbsp; The directions say to follow the directions in the Arlo App. BUT the app won't let me get past the Secure your Arlo account page. When I type in my mobile numbe to receive an SMS Text Message, the app says method already exists. When I hit continue, I get the "method already exists"message. When I hit the back arrow, the app logs me out. I tried adding my phone as a trusted device for push notifications, but app says there's a problem with adding my phone (of 5 years) as a trusted device. HOW DO I GET PAST THE SECURE YOUR ARLO ACCOUNT PAGE TO THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR SETTING UP THE DOORBELL? The chat bot is no help because the problem is not in its list.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Never mind.&amp;nbsp; I completely deleted the app and started over.&amp;nbsp; It now trusts my phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
