Make sure both are using the same version app as well as the&nbsp; new interface (a new account automatically gets the new one). To force yours into the new interface, use Add Device and select either the Pro 5 or security system (you don't actually need either one - just lie). That will trigger the migration to the new interface. Once that's done, cancel the install.</P> <P>&nbsp;</P> <P>For your wife, she should now be able to select from two Home selections at the top of her screen. One is what was set up when she created the account and the other is yours. I renamed my wife's Home to "Home - DON'T USE THIS" to help keep things straight.
