Unused second factor auths limit reached

I can access my cameras on a PC but when I try to do the same from the smart phone, after logging in, I get this message in an orange banner across the top

what do I do?

Try using the computer interface to go to your profile and edit the login settings about 2FA. You should see a list of authorized devices. Click on the Edit selection and remove unused/old devices. Does that help?

Ich kann auf PC zugreifen, aber vom iphone 14 über die App nicht.

Habe App gelöscht, wieder installiert, keinen Erfolg.

Habe alle Autorisierungen gelöscht, kein Erfolg.

Wie kann ich das Problem beheben !!!

When you try to access from a PC, what behavior are you seeing that is preventing you from logging in?
