Sometimes you need to power cycle the router and base station in that order allowing time to reboot in between. Although your base LED says it is connected it just eliminates a router issue.

Worst case factory reset the base, remove it from the account and add it back again.

Arlo Smart Hub "Offline" Although LED is blue

Hardware: VMB4540r3

After checking this kb, I've confirmed that the LED is "Solid Blue" on my Smart Hub. According to the KB, this should mean that the Smart Hub is connected to the internet. However, when I check on the app or website, the Smart Hub appears, "offline".

This is the only Smart Hub I own, I am not looking at the wrong Smart Hub and I am not logged into the wrong arlo account. My router and other devices on the network are working fine without issue. I appreciate any and all help.
