Up until that update everything had worked perfectly. I have the older model arlo pro with the net gear base station. I bought the dumbest version of the camera literally so I could avoid the subscription and just monitor myself. Now to talk to tech support you have to subscribe. That’s like Chevy saying oh hey even though you drive a 1998 model and none of these features benefit you you still have to pay this much for us to even think about helping you.
