Changing Account E-Mail Address

Sorry if this has been posted before.

I originally set up my Arlo account with my work e-mail address.

Now, I have retired and I would like to either change the e-mail address associated with the account, or delete the old account and create a new one.

I think I have had this account for over 10 years, and the hardware is older, stuff we bought at Home Depot I think.

Just basic cameras, a Netware modem, and a doorbell.

Any advice?
