Arlo VMC3030 Offline After a Short Period of Time

Can someone please help! My VMC3030 has charged batteries and keeps saying I’m offline after coming online for a brief moment. Even being close to the base this happens. I’ve followed instructions on how to sync

to the base and that does not solve the issue.

I’ve switched the batteries from

the other working camera that is fully

charged but it’s still giving me the same issues.

I also followed the instructions

to upgrade the camera to

latest firmware updates but still no success getting back online.

Swap cameras around to see if it's the camera or location that has the issue.

You've done the troubleshooting so what's left is likely a bad camera.
