No. When a video is deleted from the Arlo library, it is erased from the cloud and is no longer recoverable. For any content you wish to save, we recommend that you download the video and store it locally.

Just to add that if the camera is attached to a VMB4xxx or VMB5xxx Base station you have the backup storage capability where you can recover triggered recordings.
