I have two phones associated with my Arlo. When both are gone from home, Geofence will not go to away mode. The same for when we come back in the fence, it will not turn off.

Are both always logged in?

Is one using a "friend" account?

As above, my wife rarely uses her Arlo app so the login times out. That causes GF to stop working since Arlo can't determine where her phone is.
