      <title>red/pink camera viewing condition</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a camera positioned outside that has begun experiencing the red/pink condition.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;I have removed and replaced the same batteries and the condition remains.&amp;nbsp; This is for both night and day.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please advise.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks Tom&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Today I used the link JamesC gave you, opened a "chat" with customer service, sent my problem with a screenshot showing the red/pink hue, within 5 minutes was told that they would email a form to initiate a replacement case.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
