    <description>&lt;P&gt;Can you clarify what is down, is the base station showing any LEDs if you have one.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you get notifications from the cameras?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When you login, app or portal, are you able to see your devices page populating, when do you see the logged out error do you get this sometime after you successfully login to your account?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>My whole system is down for no reason</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My whole system is down for no reason. Modem, router, and ethernet are all fine.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Restart does nothing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When I log in now I get bounced out because it says I'm logged in to another device which I'm not.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Anyone know what's going on?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
