    <description>&lt;P&gt;My understanding is that the only people on this forum who work for arlo are the forum moderators.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Everyone else here are mostly customers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you go into the arlo app on the settings page and select support and the device you have problems with at the bottom it identifies what your warranty status is.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It will also show a phone number if you’re entitled to talk to a living person.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;how does anyone get to speak to a person. This has got to be the worst ever customer service where do I get a phone number. I got one once the said they were arlo they then scammed into my computer where are the phone numbers. even the chat thing its a machine that goes back and forth round and round does anyone work here&lt;/P&gt;</description>
