My arlo is up and running. I cannot add my or my daughters phones to view the system.

Have them accept the invites by clicking on "create account" on a PC/Mac. That will open the PC browser to my.arlo.com. From there they can create the account (if it doesn't exist) or just log in (if it does). The process seems to fail quite often on a phone/tablet.

Note once they accept the invite on the PC, they will be able to see the shared cameras on their phones.
