      <description>&lt;P&gt;have anyone pay for 2 yrs subscription and still getting monthly payments withdrawn from your account?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it is happening to me, customer service is terrible, can’t speak to an actual person to explain this issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;very frustrating.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Arlo charges for subscriptions on a monthly basis. Are you sure the charges you're receiving are coming from Arlo?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have an active Arlo Secure subscription, you can contact Arlo Support using the Arlo mobile app under Settings &amp;gt; Support.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;JamesC&lt;/P&gt;</description>
