I tried a few different things but after trying this about 4 times it actually started flashing and came back on. It seems to be working now. Thanks

I guess this is the only option I have to ask questions since I don't pay for monthly monitoring. I can't find another option to email email support.

I have 4 cameras, 3 of them are plugged in 24/7. One of the cameras has completely died. It will not work on battery or plugged in, even if I take the battery out to try. With the battery out when I plug in the power I get one blue light flash but nothing after that. If I try to pair it and hold the button nothing happens, it is completely unresponsive. I purchased the system in 2019 and it has been working fine (except for the camera lag to my phone that has always been noticeable).

It does sound like it failed. Though you could try the factory reset - not sure what model cameras you have, but the procedure with the Pro 4/Pro 4/Ultras is to hold down the sync button until you see three amber flashes. That takes arround 15 seconds.
