&lt;P&gt;Are you still seeing this behavior?&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Power Cut, resulting in device not connected error</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi All,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I've had a very brief power cut this morning, but enough to have to reset the electric clocks etc.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When I log in to Arlo, on the 'camera' screen, all the cameras are showing the message "&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Your device is not connected. Make sure it's connected to your router and has a working Internet connection."&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The cameras are still recording on motion and I can see the repective video clips. I also get the notification beep on my tablet.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have reset the Netgear router, switched it off and on, resynced the cameras, rebooted the computer, (although it's the same on the tablet). Logged out and in.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Opened and closed the battery flap on one camera, resynced, still the same.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;All the lights are on the Netgear router...................................I am at a loss.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;What I don't want to do is to lose all the camera setting rules etc as they were a pain to set up and get right.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The system has been functioning perfectly until this power cut.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Any suggestions would be appreciated.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi James&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the reply.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had already done as you say many times, but have done it again now, with no difference.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All the three LEDs are solid green on the base station.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The cameras are recording and sending video to the library, which I can access.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the 'Mode' setting, My Devices are greyed out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Against the device serial number it says (Offline)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I raised an online support ticket, but the reply is of no use.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am being advised to remove my Device and let the computer search for it again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Obviously I can't do this as My Devices is greyed out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I do not want to lose all my rules either.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please advise further.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you tried both the app and a browser? &amp;nbsp;Maybe it's an issue with one but not the other.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;SOLUTION&lt;/STRONG&gt;.......in case anyone is following this:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Base station black button held for 30 seconds.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Log in to Arlo.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In 'Cameras'.........click add Device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Click on 'Base Station'.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Computer found Base Station.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All working OK.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did not lose any Mode / Rules settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hoorah!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for all the suggestions.&amp;nbsp;&lt;img id="smileyvery-happy" class="emoticon emoticon-smileyvery-happy" src="https://community.arlo.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-very-happy.png" alt="Smiley Very Happy" title="Smiley Very Happy" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
