As soon as power is turned on, it blinks between 1st light amber and all green. I’ve tried other similar power supplies. Same. I’ve tried resetting (holding recessed button on back for various lengths of time from 5 seconds to 90 seconds). Nothing. I can’t seem to find anything trouble shooting this problem.
