    <description>&lt;P&gt;Step #1 is to verify that email notifications are enabled in your various modes. &amp;nbsp;Mode tab, select your system and edit your modes. &amp;nbsp;Make sure that the notifications are enabled and that the email addresses are correct. &amp;nbsp;You might want to turn on app/push notifications in the same place temporarily so you get at least one notification.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I liked my system so much I iinstalled one at my mothers and now we both are not rec. email alertsa she has AOL,- go figure and I have gmail. &amp;nbsp;Looked through the community tried everything suggested and still not working................ &amp;nbsp;HELP, have only had a few weeks and this was the only reason for getting the system..........&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
