      <title>iOS app crashing</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The app is constantly crashing on iPad and iPhone. The cameras frequently show off line when they’re still online. Adding an additional camera takes multiple tries. Changing device order doesn’t work. Basically everything about the app is broken.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. Rebooted the devices, force closed and reopened the app. Nothing works. Please fix this asap.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>What is the storage space like on your iPhone and iPad?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What is the iOS version and iOS model numbers?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Have you tried rebooting the iPad/iPhone in between install?</description>

      <description>The iPhone and iPad model and iOS ver would also assist.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When does the arlo app crash. At login or doing a specific operation and is it crashing consistently or just randomly?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you use the arlo web portal with a browser, does it get a similar crash? Trying to identify if it’s an arlo backend thing.</description>
