topic having trouble connected doorbell in Arlo

I am having trouble with my Arlo doorbell. I tried everything suggested by Arlo, went through a chat session, still does not find my WiFi. It used to work fine. So the chat person provided a case # and asked that I send my receipt to them to see if they can send me a new doorbell. The problem is I can't find and email address to send it to. The email I got from Arlo was do_not_reply@arlo.com, so I am guessing that will not work. Any suggestions?

You should be able to review your open support tickets and contact Arlo support within the Arlo mobile app under Settings > Support.

If you need further assistance, please let me know.
