Yellow bar on top of screen with "e.addonName is undefined"

This term did not come up with any results in a search. Everything appears to be working currently but still see the error. Early today all my clip disappeared. They seem to be back now.

I am using the web interface on a mac with Firefox.

I do not see this error on iPhone but, have not been able to DL clips from the phone today.

Any ideas?

If you clear your browser cache, do you still experience the same issue?
