There's no set answer, it depends on how much video streaming the camera does (and also on whether you are talking about the regular Essential spotlight or the XL model).

Arlo's advertising is based on 4000 seconds of streaming a month (30 second videos), with 1/3 being made with the spotlight on. I think many find that their cameras stream more than that, and therefore need to recharge more often.

I have the regular battery. camera may be activated about 4-5 times a day

Do you use activity zones? They don't improve battery life, but they do supress recordings that can make it difficult to tell how much camera actitivity there actually is. So you need to disable them to get some idea of the amount of streaming.

What battery life are you getting?

To assist in determining how long your batteries last, a suggestion is to add the date ( of battery installed ) after the camera name.

exp : Rear yard 6-8

It allows me to track battery life for diff cameras
