&lt;P&gt;H7 H15 etc is the hardware revision of a camera - not the model.&amp;nbsp; Each model has it's own set of Hxx and in most cases you can't work backwards from the Hxx to the model. Many of us have asked Arlo to put the actual camera model in the device info field, but they never seem to get to it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If your camera uses CR123 batteries, then it is one of the original Arlo HD Wireless models.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If your outdoor camera has no user-replaceable battery, then it is one of the essential cameras - Essential (no spotlight), Essential Spotlight, or Essential Spotlight XL (which has a bigger battery).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If your outdoor camera has a user-replaceable battery, then open it up an remove the battery. You'll find a label inside the camera that starts with VMC - that is the model number.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Similarly, the base stations/smarthubs all have a label on them that starts with VMB.&lt;/P&gt;
