i purchased in 2015 VMS3130 with 4 cameras , used few years , now base station is not detecting

Unfortunately Arlo doesn't provide clear information on the system bundles (like VMS3130) they've sold, so it's hard to be certain on what you have.

You posted this in the area for the Arlo Essential Indoor camera, but it looks like you have the original Arlo Wireless cameras - the one with the four CR123 batteries.

Likely also a VMB3000 base - is that correct? You should find a label on the base that starts with VMB that will give you the model.
