Solar panel compatibility question

I want to buy the solar panels but I do not know what cameras I have to be able to purchase the correct one. Does anyone know a trick to find that out? or can someone provide a phone number to them so I can ask?

If you have cameras that use 4 CR123 batteries, then you have the original Arlo WireFree Cameras. There are no compatible panels for that particular camera.

If your cameras have removable Lithium batteries, then open the shell and look for a part number label that starts with VM, and let us know what part number you find. Take out the battery (the label is usually behind the battery).

If your cameras are completely sealed (no user replaceable battery), then you have Arlo Essentials. Let us know if that is the case.
