Cannot log into Arlo app on iphone when not on home network

I cannot log in to the Arlo iOS app (Version 3.6.4) on my iPhone 13 when I am not connected to my home internet. It works every time when I am on the home network, but if I am for example at work and a I try to log in, the app will just get stuck with a spinning wheel and not sign in. Any ideas on how to solve?

Will the app work using the cellular data when you’re away from home?

If you’re trying to use the work wifi instead it may have been blocked by the work administrator.
