&lt;P&gt;Warranty RMAs don't require a subscription (and I am not seeing anything in your link that says they do).&amp;nbsp; There is an access issue right now (since it is near-impossible to ask for an RMA w/o a subscription).&amp;nbsp; I think Arlo knows they have to fix that.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Are you failing at the QR code or do you get beyond that screen to the searching for camera screen and then fail?&lt;/P&gt;
