Hello, I am currently an owner of Arlo Pro (first Edition) with base VMB4000 and currently working fine.

However, yesterday I bough a used Arlo Pro 3 ( 4 cameras) along with its base station VMB4540. The problem that I am having its that the new base station only gives me a solid orange light, it does not blink. I have done the following:

1. Switch Power cable

2. Factory reset (over 10 times)

3. Unplugged it and left it unplugged over 60 seconds (multiple times)

4. I resetted my router

And I am still having the same solid orange light. Its there a solution to this?

Thanks In advance

Rick

The solid amber led suggests a Ethernet cable or port issue. Have you tried a different Ethernet cable and different router port?
Also the Base could be faulty.
