    <description>I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but no change. I just got back from travel and logged in on my computer once I got home, and I was able to log into the app on my phone after logging in on my computer.</description>

      <description>I cannot login nor request a password reset in either the app or on the my.arlo.com website. In the app, I get an error that says, “Oops! An error has occurred.” On the website, I get an error that says “ Http failure response for &amp;lt;URL&amp;gt;: 0 Unknown Error”.&amp;lt;/URL&amp;gt;</description>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I was logged out of the app on my phone, and now I’m having the same issue again. Logging in on a computer doesn’t make a difference. When I initially tried to log into the app, I got an error that said “Error: JSON Serialization” (or something to that effect, the banner disappeared pretty quickly).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;marycmartin</description>

      <description>I am not using a VPN on my phone. I happened to be using a VPN on my computer when I tested it today, but I disconnected from the VPN and logged in again and it still didn’t make a difference when I tried to log in on my phone.</description>
