topic Extend Arlo WiFi Signal in Arlo

I have been reading on how to extend the range of the Wi-Fi network created by the base station. It seems as though this is not actually possible because the discussions here revolve around using Wi-Fi extenders to be able to move the base station around your house but all the cameras still need to communicate directly with that base station. Is that correct? Is the only real way to extend the range of the Wi-Fi network created by Arlo to get another base station?

Yes.

Though of course the newest cameras (Pro 3 Floodlight, Pro 4, Essential, and the video doorbells) can connect directly to your home wifi w/o a base.
