&lt;P&gt;This is the original Arlo camera? (the one that uses 4 CR132 batteries)?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If so, I believe that the published factory reset procedure in the KB article won't actually work with that camera model.&amp;nbsp; Have you tried removing/reinserting the batteries?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also, you can sync those cameras w/o using the app.&amp;nbsp; Have you tried that?&lt;/P&gt;
