Software to rename Arlo video files

I just finished work on a program to rename Arlo video files based on a combination of date/time metadata embedded in the video file itself, and the original name of the file.

Hoping to get in touch with the Community Manager (JamesC) about this. Thanks.

You can private message him using the envelope icon at top right of the forum page when logged into the forum or you can tag him within your post with the @JamesC.

Hmm. I'm using a desktop browser (tried both Firefox and Chrome) and can't see an envelope icon anywhere.

Apparently I didn't see that envelope right there where you circled it. But I was really looking hard, so am very surprised and equally as embarrassed to now see it on my screen. <sigh>
