      <title>VMB4000 Cant connect Base station</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was recently given an old Arlo base station (VMB4000) and 2 cameras (VMC4030p). I have tried connecting it to the app multiple times and it won't work, not to mention the bad customer service on the chat. I would call Arlo but I have to connect cameras to my account to get a plan. PLEASE HELP!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>If they have just removed it from their account it may take up to 24 hrs for the changes to be pushed out by the arlo servers.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Have you tried a factory reset of the base station using the paper clip at rear and holding the reset for 12 sec until the LEDs begins flashing.</description>
