    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey All&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;we have be trying, Summer 2020 to get Arlo to send us invoices for the monthly service/subscription.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We have written Support, Jessica (Moderator on this board) directly, called maybe 25 times and all in vain.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We are send on a wild goos chase every time, being promised over and over that Arlo would send them...&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;it is beyond my imagination why this is so hard for &amp;nbsp;them.... I mean come on! &amp;nbsp;an invoice!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;has any of you had any luck getting an invoice &amp;nbsp;and if so; how did you manage to do that?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;thanks!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Brgds&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Phil&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Absolutely incredible!!&lt;BR /&gt;they still in cycle me from one support country to another , claiming that GDPR stops them from helping me get the invoices :):)</description>
