FWIW, I haven't ever seen any cases reported here where the cameras were actually hacked.

How far away you need to be to jam a wifi signal depends on how powerful the jammer is. As @Dannybear says, jammers are illegal.

One scenario is that the power might have been turned off for some reason (possible if the person was a home inspector). Then the system might have taken a little while to come back on line.

How close do you have to be to jam an Arlo Pro/2? How does the jamming or hacking work if you have 4 cameras? Do you jam 1 and all the rest gets jammed?

We had a realtor inspect our home and there is about a 20 minute gap from the last recording since she arrived and came close to one of our cameras and was able to record her. After that, there were no recordings on the other cameras where she inspected. Trying to figure out if it was hacked through the Arlo system or from our Wifi. Appreciate any tips! Thanks!

It might be just a coincidence that the system failed for that amount of time. This can occur due to internet or power outages. Wifi jamming is illegal without the required license and limited to a single location. Same with cellular jamming.
If you have a backup device attached to the base station this may have the missing recordings.
