    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I have 2 x Arlo ultra cameras on the front of my house.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I pay for CVR subscription x 2. I have so many problems, it works fine for months then just stops!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;In the app (Iphone) I can not see CVR library or any recordings only live view&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;On the web (chrome) I can see CVR history in devices, but my library is empty (I have changed browser, logged in/out &amp;amp; cleared cache etc)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;On the web, my recordings have no notifications showing audio/notifications, just a grey bar.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Customer support is useless and tips before I lose my mind? &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It sounds like you don't have a subscription for anything other than CVR. Any camera newer than the Pro 2 requires a subscription - Arlo Secure or Arlo Secure Plus - for cloud motion recordings. Check Settings, Subscription to ensure you do or don't have one of these.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
