Geofencing location stuck

Hi,

Geofencing stuck several times on my mobile phone, when I leave from home. Even i have farway from home on Arlo app its shows location is sill in my home and surveillance is not connected.

My phone is android and problem is not on that, because location shows directly where i am example via goolemaps

I can solve the problem when I set the setting again on geofence.

Could you help with these problem please

Can you check the arlo permissions in the phone to confirm that the arlo app has access to location, is set to run in the background and has access to cellular data.

That iis not reason, permission is fine. Problem occurs randomly, not every time, when leave at home.

I use iOS phone and have similar issues in the past using geofencing. For me it’s never worked reliably so I just arm and disarm when required. Do you often get logged out of the arlo app when you open it, I have to relogin daily at the moment since December last year.
