Unable to view Arlo library full screen on iPhone VMB3000

I previously was able to view the videos in my library in full screen, I can do this with the two arrows on a live video, but the option is missing on a library video. My iPhone is using app version 3.5.12.

I would like to view full screen so I can actually see what is in the video!

No, I can't get it to go to full screen. I'm currently using an iPhone SE 2020 and iOS version 15.2.1.

You’re welcome, you don’t have the screen rotation locked on the iPhone?

With the 12 mini, rotating definitely works. So follow up on @Dannybear's suggestion to make sure auto rotation is enabled.

WOW - Dannybear, you were absolutely right, the auto-rotate was locked! I've been trying to correct this for quite some time, now I feel foolish 🙂
