Arlo Upside down - No option to flip or rotate image

My parents have Arlo and two of their 4 cameras are constantly showing the feed upside down even though they are mounted upright, they used to show upright but after taking down to charge and reinstalling, they now have an updside down feed that can't be changed.

I have logged into web and app versions of arlo looking under video setting to see if i could flip/rotate their view, but I only get an option to adjust brightness. Any clues on how to fix this without having to flip the actual camera??

Under camera settings , look under Video, there is a toggle to flip the picture 180d.

If you don’t see it , try with browser with my.Arlo.com ( same user/ pw)

I don't even see that option, can only adjust brightness. I wonder if its because I'm not admin on the account. I have access to my parents cameras because they are seniors and can't manage the tech, but I"m set up as a viewer. I may need to log in from their phones to fix it...That's the only thing I can think of at this point.

If the seniors are not fussy about privacy you could use their credentials on your mobile and have them approve your device.
