USB Local Storage not showing up as an option

I tried to set up local USB storage by following the instructions here:

I plugged in a 16GB USB stick into the base station, but when I go on the Arlo app and go to Settings > My Devices > my base station, I do not see any options for USB or local storage like the article stated. Nothing shows for me either on the desktop app at my.arlo.com or on the Android app. I tried with two different USB sticks (a 16GB and a 20GB one). I also tried restarting the base station. When I check the USB sticks on my computer they are recognized just fine. They are formatted as exFAT.

The model that I have is VMS3330 Arlo Wire-Free HD Security Cameras.

What is the base station model your using?
