I have some old alert notification emails with video's from 2018 that I need to be able to access. When I click on the "Click here" for details for 4N716678BB77D at 7:05:48 PM CDT on Jun 17 2018 the following pops up "Link for sharing is not valid." https://my.arlo.com/#/viewShared/99D9C0CF1A17307C_201806.

My guess is that they have evaporated into the ether so to speak.
In the email you should have the following quoted sentence.

“The link to view the video recording of this detection will expire after 24 hours.”

The recording in the arlo cloud library is dropped depending on your subscription plan, 7, 30 or 60days or 7days without a plan for the older cameras like pro 2 or earlier.
