&lt;P&gt;A couple of tests you can make:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;Make sure 2K or 4K livestreaming is disabled (if you have pro3, pro4 or ultras).&amp;nbsp; Then livestream a camera.&amp;nbsp; You should be able to make a manual recording during the livestream.&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Check in mode to make sure that you have push notifications set for that camera and check your subscription - manage cameras to make sure that camera is being included in the plan.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
