    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to access Arlo app on my Samsung Note 3 phone ... I keep getting an error message "not connected to the internet"... but I am connected. everything else is working fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have powered down and started agan .. no change&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have no problem accessing via my computer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was always able to access.... This is a new problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are you on a WiFi connection or the phones mobile data connection?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you tried both? Do both give you the same behavior?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You might consider uninstalling the mobile app and download and install a fresh version from the app store.&lt;/P&gt;
