      <title>Battery low. Charged 2 of them but 3rd won't charge.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have bought 3 Arlo cameras 1.5 years ago (p.s. how can I check what the model is?) and have been using them perfectly for a while. In the last months, I have not been using them. Now, when I turned them all on, the battery is low and the cameras are not working.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have charged 2 of them and all is fine. The third one won't charge (I charge continuously for a week). It says that the battery level is too low.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What can be done?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It is also impossible to reach the support team by email. Can anyone recommend pls what is their email address?&lt;/P&gt;
