      <description>&lt;P&gt;Howdy, Like many others I also have a camera (about 8 months old at the time) with a pinkish image, camera is located in a protected outside environment. Tried all the tricks to correct (replace battereies, turned camera on and off, etc., no improvement. Hardware: VMC 3030, S#: 48B2547T37F60, Fireware: 1.2.4941, please advise. Mark&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Apparently, you didn't try the trick where forum members were repeatedly advised to contact support in order to get a replacement camera.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
